1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phcasg platform, including the website located at phcasg.net, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and any services, games, promotions, or features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by phcasg, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and phcasg.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phcasg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phcasg or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from phcasg or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

phcasg reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and services on phcasg, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active phcasg account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phcasg employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended, and all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcasg login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phcasg will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phcasg support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

phcasg is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. phcasg reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phcasg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. Currently accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. phcasg does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposits are generally credited to your phcasg account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published in the phcasg Help Center. phcasg reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC documentation.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on phcasg are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcasg does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency. Any attempt to deposit using prohibited payment methods will be rejected and refunded.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phcasg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• phcasg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on phcasg are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by phcasg or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phcasg will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. phcasg's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final and binding. phcasg shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. phcasg recommends using a reliable Globe, Smart, or DITO mobile data connection or a stable home broadband connection when playing live dealer games or participating in time-sensitive promotions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phcasg and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one phcasg account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcasg staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on phcasg.net, including but not limited to the phcasg brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of phcasg or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works , publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from phcasg.net without the prior written consent of phcasg.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcasg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

phcasg's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phcasg does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcasg makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Privacy

phcasg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phcasg implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including HTTPS encryption, secure payment tokenization, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and phcasg cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

phcasg is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, phcasg strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact our support team to have your account restricted. You may also seek assistance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources.

12. Termination

phcasg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if phcasg reasonably believes that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions.

You may close your phcasg account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phcasg shall first be submitted to phcasg's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

14. Amendments

phcasg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcasg will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
